Ms. Reich joined the Santander Holdings USA, Inc. and Santander Bank, N.A. Boards in July 2023 and serves as a member of the Audit and Risk Committees for both boards.

Ms. Reich is a member of the Board of Directors of BILL Holdings Inc. (BILL), a SaaS technology company. She is the Chair of the Payments and Ops Risk Sub-Committee and a member of BILL’s Audit Committee as well as the Cybersecurity and Technology Committees. Ms. Reich serves on the Board of Altus Power, Inc. where she is a member of the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. She serves as a board observer and advisor to Clara, a Latin American fintech company, and serves as an advisor to a number of global fintech companies. She also served on the board of Citicorp Payment Services.

Ms. Reich served as Chief Credit Officer of the Global Business Financing, Payments and Digital Experiences group of American Express and was responsible for Global Merchant and Network Services risk. Ms. Reich also served as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Data Scientist at Credibly, a fintech platform. She held leadership positions with responsibilities in various areas of risk including credit, fraud, data, technology, and modeling at American Express, Citibank, and JPMorgan Chase.

Ms. Reich graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
