Laura Rogers

Ms. Rogers joined the Santander Holdings USA, Inc. and the Santander Bank, N.A.(SBNA) Boards in December 2023 and serves as a member of the Risk Committee for both boards. She was also appointed to the Corporate and Investment Banking New York Board and the SBNA Strategy Committee in February 2024.
Ms. Rogers retired from the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston where she worked for 24 years in a variety of leadership roles in their Supervision, Regulation and Credit Department. She was most recently Vice President of the Boston Large Bank and Insurance Unit and member of the Federal Reserve System Large and Foreign Bank Management Group, Co-chair of the subcommittee for Resolution Oversight, and member of the Capital Oversight Group, Risk Coordination Committee, Shared National Credit Oversight Group and the Significant Insurance Organization Management Group. She previously served as the Dedicated Supervisory Team Lead for a domestic global systemically important firm and two foreign global systemically important firms doing business in the U.S. Before joining the Federal Reserve, Ms. Rogers worked as an Assistant Chief Director at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Banks and as a senior commissioned examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Ms. Rogers is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and a former board member of the National Charity League, Inc. Southern New Hampshire Chapter having served two-terms as president. She received a BS in Finance from Babson College and lives with her husband and daughter in New Hampshire.
